Eva Hutchins

Biography
Eva is a London based classical singer in her final year of undergradute study at Trinity Laban Conservatoire. She has a wide range of performance experience including opera, choral and oratorio as well as pop and musical theatre. Eva works with young people in both musical and educational settings - she is currently a trainee leader for Blackheath Hall's Youth Choir, has volunteered with a local authority music service and also directed a student vocal ensemble at Xaverian College, Manchester. During her studies Eva regularly performs in the chorus for Trinity Laban's opera productions, has been a chorister in the Old Royal Naval College Chapel Choir and also with the Trinity Laban Chamber Choir. Most recently she has performed as the alto soloist with Eltham Choral Society in Handel's Messiah and Mozart's Requiem, and also as Third Priestess in Blackheath Hall's production of Iphigenie en Tauride. Eva is passionate about supporting young people on their musical journey and strives to create an enjoyable and inclusive learning environment.
Teaching Experience
Eva has worked as a singing teacher in SE London, planning and delivering lessons across a range of genres, preparing students for performances and exams. During her studies at Trinity Laban she completed the Vocal and Instrumental teaching elective, informing her on a variety of teaching methods and enabling her to adapt her approach to individual students needs.
Eva does not currently have availability for one-to-one lessons.
