How Payment Works
Half-Term Payment Schedule
Fees are payable in advance for each half-term. Each half-term typically consists of 5-7 weeks, with 6 half-terms per year. Payment should be made in full no later than 2 weeks before the beginning of each half-term upon receipt of an invoice.
Key Payment Information
- Half-Termly Billing: Most services are billed per half-term (5-7 weeks) in advance.
- Joining Part-Way: If you join part-way through a half-term, you will be charged in advance for lessons up until the end of that half-term.
- Cashless Business: We only accept payment through card and our online payment portal via TutorCruncher.
- Payment Links: You will receive secure payment links via email from TutorCruncher to make payments easily.
Try Before You Commit
- Trial Lesson Available: We offer one trial lesson or class before you commit to the full half-term.
- Payment Required: You must pay for the trial lesson, but there's no obligation to continue after.
- Full Commitment: After the trial, you can decide whether to enrol for the full half-term.
Intelligent Tuition Exception
Intelligent Tuition operates on a monthly payment schedule rather than half-termly. This provides more flexibility for our tutoring services.
Additional Important Information
- Auto Re-enrolment: Students are automatically re-enrolled each half-term unless half-term notice of leaving is given.
- Notice Period: A half-term's notice of leaving is required, given before the start of term or at half-term.
- Late Payment: If payment is not received by the due date, Bromley Conservatoire reserves the right to discontinue teaching.
- Credits: Credits for classes cancelled by the tutor will be offset against the next half-term's fees.
