Bright classroom with historic views

A bright, inspiring classroom with views over historic East and South Streets. Features a height-adjustable smartboard with speakers, 12 seats, one large central table and three satellite tables. Height-adjustable chairs ensure comfort for all ages. Fully heated and perfect for workshops and classes.
Computer room with a full technology suite
£35 per hour
Computer room with 12 seats and 8 modern all-in-one PCs, each with headphones, stands, wireless keyboards and mice. Features a height-adjustable smartboard with speakers, and modern height-adjustable tables and chairs. Suitable for coding classes, digital workshops or online learning. Fully heated.
Complete building access for events
£100 per hour
Hire the entire building: a large reception area with a children's reading zone, two gender-neutral toilets, staff toilet, kitchen, printer room, wayfinding signage throughout, and multiple fire escape doors with a full fire alarm system. Suitable for events, day courses or large workshops that need exclusive access to every space.
We welcome the occasional ad-hoc booking, particularly in school holidays, but we mainly take regular clients: weekly activities, consistent music-room access, therapy sessions, and regular classes or workshops. Regular bookings help us keep a stable timetable.
All room hires include access to the common areas at no extra cost. These spaces are suitable for breaks, refreshments and informal gatherings.

Hire cannot conflict with our teaching
Activities must not compete with our business. We do not hire rooms for music teaching or performing arts teaching — including instrumental lessons, singing lessons, drama, musical theatre, or similar classes.
