About this membership
Foundation membership is for students learning for fun, and for those working up to around Grade 2.
Instruments
One-to-one lessons on any of these instruments, and one-to-one music theory, are taken through Foundation.
What's included
The reserved lesson slot is in line with our term dates.
- Reserved 30-minute lesson slot with an expert teacher (Enhanced DBS checked)
- Weekly lesson report
- Exam administration at the centre, including an accompanist
- Two concerts a year (summer and winter)
- Eligibility for teacher-awarded effort medals and centre-awarded exam medals
- Progression Passport to log achievements and progress — badges and prizes can be earned
- No charge in August

These are not included in the monthly fee and are charged only where they apply.
