About this membership
Preparatory membership is for young beginners aged 4–6 beginning instrumental or singing lessons, with teaching shaped to early technique and musical habit.
Instruments
One-to-one lessons on any of these instruments are taken through Preparatory.
What's included
The reserved lesson slot is in line with our term dates.
- Reserved 15-minute lesson slot with an expert teacher (Enhanced DBS checked)
- Weekly lesson report
- Preparation for ABRSM Prep Test or Rockschool Debut
- Two concerts a year (summer and winter)
- Eligibility for teacher-awarded effort medals and centre-awarded exam medals
- Fun progression pathway with stickers
- Graduation ceremony
- No charge in August
