Biography
Hello! My name is Andrew Franklin, I am 26 years old and I graduated from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts with a degree in Musical Theatre in 2019. I have been incredibly fortunate since graduating to have a number of wonderful and unique experiences within the performing industry, from working with Horrible Histories last year to performing in the pantomime for the past two years at The Courtyard in Hereford, to most recently being in a new play called Sappho at Southwark Playhouse. I intend to use all of my experiences up until now to inspire, educate and instill confidence rooted through hard work to anyone I teach. My passions outside of performing lye firmly in football and animals, most notably my ywo family owned German Shepards. My biggest aim is to create a warm, passionate creative space where all my students feel confident and ready to learn.
Teaching Experience
My first teaching experience came as a teaching asssitant with the youngest group of performers at the amateur theatre company I performed with growing up. Since graduating drama school I have also taken a number of 1-1 sessions wokring woth performers on both monologues and acting through song.
Andrew does not currently have availability for one-to-one lessons.
