Sebastian King

Sebastian is a co-founder and director at Bromley Conservatoire. He studied Computer Science at Queen Mary University of London and obtained his BSc in 2018. Sebastian has now been teaching for over 7 years. He trained as a Computer Science teacher at King's College London and received his PGCE in 2019. After this, he joined St Olave's Grammar School and has been teaching there since. At St Olave's, Sebastian has served as head of department and worked as an initial teacher training mentor. Sebastian is currently developing and teaching the ethical hacking class for Apollo STEM at Bromley Conservatoire.

Sebastian has been teaching Computer Science at Maths at a secondary level for over 7 years at St Olave's Grammar School. Sebastian teaches Computer Science from year 7 all the way to year 13. This encompasses the GCSE, AS and A-Level specifications. Sebastian has served as a mentor for trainee teachers and also has headed up the department (maternity cover). Sebastian believes in a practical approach to education, incorporating regular coding challenges, class simulations and interactive assessment into his lessons. Since 2025, Sebastian has been developing the Apollo STEM programme at Bromley Conservatoire. He is teaching the ethical hacking class every week and is releasing more classes soon.
