Biography​

Victoria Churcher is a clarinettist from Gosport, Hampshire, and she has been playing the clarinet since the age of 8. In 2021, Victoria was awarded a scholarship to study at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London, where she is now in her fourth year of her undergraduate degree. Victoria is taught by some sought after clarinettists, including Anthony Pike, Fiona Cross, Paolo De Gespari and Marie Lloyd. In her second year at Trinity Laban, Victoria won the Wilfred Hambleton clarinet competition under the adjudication of clarinettist Ian Mitchell Being a multi-instrumentalist, Victoria also teaches in London, giving lessons on clarinet, saxophone, flute and recorder. Victoria often plays bass clarinet in chamber ensembles and orchestras in London.


Teaching Experience

I am a teacher of woodwind instrumental lessons and have taught at Bromley Conservatoire for almost 2 years! I offer lessons in clarinet, saxophone, flute and recorder. I also have a number of private students, and teach a wide age range of children and adults. I am experienced in teaching both beginners and advanced students.
